EIT RawMaterials is tendering the development of online courses for its Raw Materials Academy and Advanced Materials Academy. 36sustainability plans to submit one or two proposals and is looking for colleagues from the network to join the team.
This form gives you a short overview of both proposals and lets you signal your interest and preferred roles. It takes about 5 minutes.
Please reply by Tuesday 27 October 2026 (due to the short timeframe).

Budget per course: approx. 49 working days for development at a uniform day rate of EUR 1,800 net, plus licences and 10 % maintenance, in total approx. EUR 98,700. The largest work packages are the case studies and production. Details are in the full briefing (link at the end of this form).
36sustainability submits the tender; contributors join as subcontractors.
Acquisition lead wanted: for each proposal we look for someone who prepares and submits the tender by 6 November. If the contract is awarded, the acquisition lead receives the 10 % sales commission.
The course topics are technical, but the team needs much more than technical experts. We are looking for people in all of these roles:
- Acquisition lead: prepares and submits the tender by 6 November
- Project lead: coordinates the team and the work with EIT
- Subject matter experts: Proposal A: materials, circular economy, circular business models. Proposal B: ESG and regulation, materials and chemicals, supply chains and due diligence, Digital Product Passport
- Industry case leads: people with strong industry connections who organise, prepare and write a case study with a company
- Diversity and inclusion: reviews cases, language and visuals for inclusion and the gender dimension
- Social and governance: reviews the content from a social and governance perspective
- Design and graphics: course design, infographics, Starter Pack
- Production: building the course in Rise, short videos, accessibility
Even if one of the proposals looks too technical for you, please go through both: the roles are listed under each proposal.
